The present invention relates to a biocompatible protein, a biocompatible protein gel and a conductive protein gel comprising the same, and a producing method thereof. Amino acid sequences of the biocompatible protein are Lys-X-Lys-Glu-X-Phe-Phe-X-Lys-Glu-X-Phe-Phe-X-Lys-Glu-X-Tyr wherein the X represents at least one among hydrophobic amino acids. According to the present invention, by synthesizing non-degradable proteins having no rejection in vivo, the present invention has advantages of being applied for biomedical materials as conductive biomaterials possessing biocompatibility and biodegradability in a regenerative medicinal field such as three-dimensional bio-printing.
