<p>A brush holder apparatus with a hall sensor according to the present invention is a brush holder apparatus which comprises a DC motor device. In a brush holder which includes a hole sensor which detects a change in the magnetic field of a ring magnet fixed to the rotation shaft of a rotor; a PCB which is extended in the radial direction of the rotation shaft; and a housing which accommodates the PCB, a magnetic force conversion member is made of a soft magnetic material and allows the hole sensor which is installed to the PCB and is magnetized by the magnetic field of the ring magnet, to detect a change in the magnetic field of the ring magnet.</p> |
