The disclosure discloses an ink ribbon having a dimension in a thickness direction, comprising a ribbon base layer, a first layer, and a second layer. The first layer is disposed adjacent to one side of the ribbon base layer in the thickness direction, and includes a solubility parameter value greater than or equal to 7 and less than or equal to 9, and is configured to separate from the ribbon base layer. The second layer is disposed on the one side of the first layer in the thickness direction, and includes a solubility parameter value greater than or equal to 7 and less than or equal to 9, and is configured to stick to a transfer target.

a ribbon base layer having a top surface and a bottom surface; a first layer disposed adjacent to said ribbon base layer top surface and configured to separate from said ribbon base layer and including a solubility parameter value greater than or equal to 7 and less than or equal to 9; and a second layer configured to stick to a transfer target disposed on a top surface of said first layer and including a solubility parameter value greater than or equal to 7 and less than or equal to 9.
