摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery having negative electrode leads provided thereon, which enables the increase in the connection strength between the leads and between each lead and a battery case while suppressing the occurrence of sputtering.SOLUTION: A battery 10 comprises: a power-generating element including a positive electrode 13, a negative electrode 14 and an electrolyte; and a battery case 12 in which the power-generating element is housed. The negative electrode 14 is provided with a first lead 17 of a monolayer structure including nickel as a primary component, and a second lead 18 of a laminate structure having a Ni-layer 18a including nickel as a primary component and a Cu layer 18b including copper as a primary component. The battery 10 has a lamination part 35 formed by overlapping the leads on each other so that the Ni-layer 18a of the second lead 18 is opposed to the first lead 17. In addition, the lamination part 35 is partially welded to the inner face of the battery case 12 with the first lead 17 of the lamination part 35 disposed on the side of the battery case 12.
