PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a supply pump which prevents contact between a key and a cover in a low-pressure pump while suppressing a cost increase.SOLUTION: A low-pressure pump 3 comprises: a rotating shaft 5 which is rotationally driven, and has a groove 9 at one end; an external tooth gear 6 which is fit into an outer periphery of the one end of the rotating shaft 5, has a penetration groove 10 penetrating the rotating shaft 5 in an axial direction at an inner periphery, and in which the penetration groove 10 and the groove 9 are arranged so as to oppose to each other; and a key 7 which is fit to both the groove 9 and the penetration groove 10, and makes the external tooth gear 6 rotate integrally with the rotating shaft 5. Here, a hole 15 whose axial length is shorter than the groove 9 is bored at a bottom of the groove 9, and a key hole 16 opposing to the hole 15 in a radial direction is provided at the key 7. The low-pressure pump also comprises a pin 18 which fits to both the hole 15 and the key hole 16, and limits movement of the key 7 to one end side. By this constitution, even when the rotating shaft 5 receives an impact when it is driven, the movement of the key 7 to the one end side is limited by the pin 18. |
