<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To more easily and reliably perform work for aligning phases of gears with each other.SOLUTION: A recording device comprises: a recording section performing recording to a medium; and a driven section driven by a driving source. The driven section comprises: a first gear; a second gear engaging with the first gear; a first positioning portion facing a first portion to be positioned formed on the first gear; and a second positioning portion facing a second portion to be positioned formed on the second gear. The first positioning portion and the second positioning portion are holes, and the first portion to be positioned and the second portion to be positioned are holes or recessed portions. The hole formed on the first positioning portion has a shape and a size similar to the hole or the recessed portion formed on the first portion to be positioned, and the hole formed on the second positioning portion has a shape and a size similar to the hole or the recessed portion formed on the second portion to be positioned.</p> |
