<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electret capacitor headphone which plays a reliable protection action against overvoltage, and including a charge protection counter measure of an electret dielectric film.SOLUTION: An electret capacitor headphone includes a connector 3 for receiving an audio signal voltage from a signal source, a cord 4 including a signal line connected with the connector and transmitting the audio signal voltage, and a headphone unit 5 for receiving the audio signal voltage via the cord, and reproducing voice waves based on the audio signal voltage. A spark gap element 12 receiving the audio signal voltage between both terminals is arranged in the connector 3, and a varistor 18 receiving the audio signal voltage between both terminals is arranged in the headphone unit 5.</p> |
