COMPOSITE STRETCHABLE WOVEN FABRIC AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite stretchable woven fabric having a high-stretch part with high stretchability and a low-stretch part with low stretchability.SOLUTION: A composite stretchable woven fabric has a high-stretch part with high stretchability and a low-stretch part with low stretchability. The high-stretch part is woven by the fiber with low stretchability for warp and by mixing the fiber with low stretchability and the fiber with high stretchability for weft. The low-stretch part is woven by the fiber with low stretchability for both warp and weft. For the high-stretch part, the mixing ratio of the fiber with low stretchability and the fiber with high stretchability for the weft is changed based on a desired degree of stretchability if necessary. The high-stretch part and the low-stretch part are integrally woven without being sutured.
