In a multi-layer capacitor and a method of manufacturing the same according to the present invention, the multi-layer capacitor includes at least two capacitors electrodes and upper electrodes which are successively stacked on a base substrate and have the same area, dielectric layers formed on the capacitor electrodes, and connection electrodes which are respectively connected to the capacitor electrodes and the upper electrode on the base substrate and are arranged on one side of the capacitor electrodes.
