Disclosed are an inline-type electrostatic coalescer for separating water droplets in oil and a separating system including the same. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the electrostatic coalescer, in terms of the electrostatic coalescer which separates the water droplet in oil, comprises: a pipe shaped body; a plurality of electrodes having a pipe shape and disposed while being overlapped inside the body; and a plurality of vanes formed in a spiral form around a longitudinal central shaft of an inner body.
