PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control a direct connection with another communication device on the basis of another connection state, in a communication device.SOLUTION: A communication device participates in a radio network and performs a direct communication with another communication device participating in the radio network. The communication device determines, while performing a direct communication with first another communication device, at least either whether the communication device is performing a direct communication with second another communication device different from the first other communication device or whether the first other communication device is performing a direct communication with third another communication device. Then, if it is determined that the communication device is performing the direct communication with the second other communication device or that the first other communication device is performing the direct communication with the third other communication device, the communication device restricts the switching of channels by the direct communication with the first other communication device. |
