PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high strength hot rolled steel sheet having excellent high-volume production punchability and high-volume burring workability and a manufacturing method therefor.SOLUTION: There is provided a high strength hot rolled steel sheet having tensile strength TS: 980 MPa or more and excellent in high-volume production punchability and high-volume burring workability, having a composition containing specified quantities of C, Si, Mn, P, S, Al, N and further, by wt.%, Ti:0.050 to 0.150%, V:0.100 to 0.400% and B:0.0002 to 0.0030% as a basic components and the balance Fe with inevitable impurities, and a structure containing a bainite phase with an area percentage of 90% or more where the number percentage of Fe-based carbide deposited in a bainitic ferrite particle of all Fe-based carbide deposited in the bainite phase is 30% or more, an average particle diameter of the Fe-based carbide is 150 nm or less and solid solution V amount in the steel is 0.100% or more by mass%. |
