PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the weight of a heat sink and improve joint force between a base plate and heat radiation fins.SOLUTION: A heat sink includes: a base plate 121 formed by a sheet metal; and heat radiation fins 122 formed by a sheet metal. The base plate 121 includes fin fixing parts 129 which fix the heat radiation fins 122 to the base plate 121. The fin fixing parts 129 are formed by deforming parts of the sheet metal of the base plate 121. The heat radiation fins 122 has attachment parts 126 that adhere to the base plate 121. Each fin fixing part 129 sandwiches a rear surface 712 and a front surface 711 of the attachment part 126. The fin fixing part 129 is formed by deforming a protrusion 123 formed in the base plate 121.
