PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To continue a service by suppressing the disassembly of a cluster system while autonomously securing the redundancy of data in the cluster system.SOLUTION: A server 2 is included in a cluster system 1. The server 2 includes: a memory 25 that holds replicated data or/and original data including meta data and actual data; a memory utilization factor measuring unit 22 that measures the utilization factor of the memory 25; a signal processing unit 21 that receives access to the original data or/and replicated data; and an actual data deletion/acquisition unit 23 that, if the utilization factor of the memory 25 exceeds a threshold value, determines the presence or absence of the actual data of the replicated data when the replicated data is accessed and, if the actual data of the replicated data is present, deletes it from the memory 25.
