PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power conditioner simply detecting a failure in the DC converter unit and performing predetermined control, to reduce the occurrence of a breakage of the solar cell.SOLUTION: A power conditioner 1 includes: a first DC converter unit 11 including a first switching element 111 and connected to a first solar cell 2a; a second DC converter unit 12 including a second switching element 121 and connected to a second solar cell 2b, and also connected in parallel to the first DC converter 11; and a control unit 14 for controlling the first DC converter unit 11 and the second DC converter unit 12. When the first DC converter unit 11 detects a current flow in a reverse direction to a normal direction, the control unit 14 controls at least one of the first DC converter unit 11 and the second DC converter unit 12 so as not to make an output current flow to the first solar cell 2a from the second solar cell 2b. |
