PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anchor coat agent for printed circuits which is hard to ooze and enables the formation of a thin wire when forming a printed circuit with a conductive paste.SOLUTION: An anchor coat agent for printed circuits comprises: at least one resin (A) selected from a group consisting of an epoxy resin and a phenoxy resin; a crosslinker (B); and an inorganic filler (C). The anchor coat agent includes 1-10 wt.% of the inorganic filler (C) having an average particle diameter of 1-1000 nm to the total weight of the resin (A), the crosslinker (B) and the inorganic filler (C).
