PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a destination management system which, if a second communication terminal participating in a session of transmitting content data between communication terminals is not registered as a destination candidate of a first communication terminal participating in the session of transmitting content data, notifies the first communication terminal of information indicative of the second communication terminal and accepts a request for addition of the second communication terminal as a destination candidate.SOLUTION: The destination management system includes: destination management means which manages request source terminal identification information for identifying a communication terminal as a start request source of a communication and destination terminal identification information for identifying communication terminals as destination candidates which the communication terminal can request the start of a communication to, in association with each other; and update means which updates the destination management means by causing the destination management means to manage the destination terminal identification information for identifying a second communication terminal in association with the request source terminal identification information for identifying a first communication terminal participating in a session of transmitting content data between communication terminals.
