PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surface control agent making it possible to produce a coating film that has high water repellency and is excellent in stain resistance and particularly wipe-off property for oil-based ink while maintaining transparency of a substrate, and an article using the surface control agent.SOLUTION: A surface control agent has a triazine skeleton, a (meth)acrylate group bonded to the triazine skeleton via urethane bonding, and a perfluoropolyether chain bonding to the triazine skeleton. |
