PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform an appropriate judgment on abnormal state of each of the thermistors in the case that there are provided two kinds of thermistors with different application temperature ranges. ! SOLUTION: This invention comprises: a cart main body having a heat storage chamber; a heater device capable of heating within the heat storage chamber; a cooling device capable of cooling within the heat storage chamber; a thermistor 91 for low temperature and a thermistor 92 for high temperature capable of detecting a temperature within the heat storage chamber; and a judgment part 98 capable of judging an abnormal state of the thermistor 91 for low temperature and the thermistor 92 for high temperature.
