PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive sheet which has reworkability and excellent adhesion after rework.SOLUTION: In an adhesive sheet 1, an adhesive layer 3 is arranged between a first separator 5 and a second separator 7, and the adhesive layer 3 changes in the adhesive strength of the contact surface in contact with an adherend before and after heating. The adhesive layer 3 is composed of an adhesive composition comprising at least an adhesive, a fine powder and an adhesion imparting resin of a weight average molecular weight of 800 or higher, and the surface roughness of one surface is adjusted to 0.01-0.3μm.
