<p>The present invention relates to a one-to-one disease preventing and treating system using a ubiquitous method and to an operating method thereof, wherein a one-to-one health management service with respect to the prevention and treatment of diseases can be conducted on members via health management headquarters in an ever-center. For the purpose, the present invention enables researches for preventive treatment and the preparation of a medicine customized to the body state and the medical family history of a member by establishing a research institute for western and Korean medicines having data with respect to western and Korean treatment, thereby conducting medical examination depending on the body state of the member and predicting diseases with respect to the medical family history of the member. Efficient medical activities depending on the health of the member can be conducted by building a medical staff management team associated with the research institute for western and Korean medicines, thereby enabling the operation of the medical staff appropriate to the member-customized treatment obtained through the researches of the research institute for western and Korean medicines. Also, a one-to-one health management service with ever-leaders as main members can be conducted by recruiting retired medical experts as ever-leaders. Accordingly, the present invention can conduct a more rapid and more accurate one-to-one health management service with respect to a member, can prepare a precautionary measure with respect to a disease in advance, has more excellent disease preventing and treating effects by standardizing and building a one-to-one health management system, minimizes the recruitment of the medical ever-leaders and ever-center operating costs for recruiting the medical ever-leaders, facilitates visiting treatment, and enables the ever-leaders to feel the sense of achievement and live a fruitful old life after retirement by doing social services.</p> |
