<p>The present invention relates to an automatic free play adjustment apparatus of a clutch pedal. The automatic free play adjustment apparatus for the clutch pedal comprises: a main clutch pedal arm (10) transferring pressure of the clutch pedal, which is transferred from a driver, to a clutch pedal cable; an auxiliary clutch pedal arm (20) coupled to the main clutch pedal arm (10) through a hinge; a cable engaging device (30) including a lower cable engaging device (31) connected with the auxiliary clutch pedal arm (20) and an upper cable engaging device (32) which moves up and down depending on the operation of the main clutch pedal arm (10); and a clutch cable inner wire (40) which comes in contact with the cable engaging device (30) or is separated from the cable engaging device (30). According to the present invention, a structure where the clutch cable and the clutch pedal are separated from each other in a non-operated state of the clutch pedal and are connected with each other after an initial free play section is adopted such that the initial free play section is continuously maintained without adjustment for maintenance and a change caused by abrasion, and the abrasion amount of a clutch disk depending on the proceeding abrasion is compensated for, thereby preventing a quality problem caused by improper adjustment of free play and an abrasion problem such as damage to the clutch caused by a fire or the like.</p> |
