PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an authentication server that efficiently prevents deprival of authentication information.SOLUTION: A user authentication server 200 to be communicably connected to a user terminal 10 used by a user to perform authentication of the user is configured to: receive a one-time password from the user terminal 10; discriminate whether or not the input one-time password is good; receive authentication information for use in authentication other than the one-time password from the user terminal 10 only when as a result of the discrimination, the one-time password is good; and perform the authentication of the user using the authentication information.
