PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately distribute load to servers constituting a cluster, and prevent increase in cost from addition of a server.SOLUTION: A management apparatus 4 includes: a scale-out section which allocates a part of load on servers 5 constituting a cluster 100 to a new server 5 by adding the new server 5 to the servers 5 when a load determination section determines that scale-out is required; and a rebalancing section which allocates a part of the load on the server 5 constituting the cluster 100 and exceeding a rebalancing threshold, to another server 5 constituting the cluster 100, when the load determination section determines that rebalancing is required. |
