PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel nucleic acid amplification method which can perform two or more kinds of nucleic acid amplification reactions in one vessel efficiently.SOLUTION: The invention provides a method comprising preparing a first droplet containing a first reaction reagent for amplifying a first nucleic acid in one vessel containing a silicone oil in which fluoro-modified silicone resin is added, preparing a second droplet containing a second reaction reagent for amplifying a second nucleic acid in the tube, attaching the vessel to a nucleic acid amplification reaction device to perform nucleic acid amplification reaction in the vessel while maintaining the first droplet and the second droplet independently. |
