The present invention relates to a power transmission device of a clutchless compressor to transmit power of a vehicle engine to a driving shaft of the clutchless compressor. A structure to improve a radius of rotation is added to the power transmission device to increase an amount of contact of the driving shaft when the driving shaft of the compressor is rotated. As such, the power transmission device of the clutchless compressor is capable of reducing a rattling noise due to a gap between the driving shaft of the compressor and a housing.
