Provided is an image processing part, which comprises: an image shift part for outputting a shift data signal and a shift direction signal which are produced by shifting pixel in response to a shift initiation signal; an image buffer part for outputting the current data and previous data on the basis of the shift data signal and the shift direction signal; and an image mixing part for outputting by mixing the current data and the previous data from the frame having received the shift initiation signal over M number of frames, wherein the M is a natural number.
