<p>The present invention relates to a deburring wheel capable of preventing damage to brush hairs when the deburring wheel rotates and easily replacing the deburring wheel when the brush hairs are damaged. The deburring wheel according to the present invention includes a core unit rotating while being joined to a rotary shaft of a deburring device and including multiple hair grooves on the outer circumference and deburring units joined to the hair grooves and removing foreign materials remaining on the surface of an object to be cleaned by rubbing the object to be cleaned. The deburring unit includes the multiple brush hairs in contact with the object to be cleaned, joining members including cavities wherein the brush hair are inserted and joined to the hair grooves to be separated; and fixing members preventing the separation of the brush hairs inserted into the joining members therefrom and coupling the joining members and the brush hairs inserted into the joining members inside the hair grooves to prevent damage to the brush hairs when the deburring unit rotates. The joining member includes an upper body having a first cavity and joined to the hair groove to be separated and a lower body having a second cavity and inserted into the first cavity. A locking unit with an outer diameter larger than an inner diameter of the first cavity is formed on one end of the lower body. The locking unit is positioned on one end of the upper body the lower body is inserted into the first cavity. The fixing members are characterized by coupling the multiple brush hairs and the lower bodies.</p> |
