PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique capable of appropriately forming a radio network when the radio network including a radio communication apparatus and a terminal device should be formed.SOLUTION: A printer 10 transmits "Confirmation (Fail)" to a terminal device 50 if relation information related to a frequency band cht included in a G/O negotiation response received from the terminal device 50 is information related to a 5.0 GHz band, and an INTENT value Nt of the terminal device 50 is larger than an INTENT value Np of the printer 10. Then, the printer 10 has the printer 10 operate as a G/O apparatus and the terminal device 50 as a CL apparatus, and thereby forms a WFDNW which includes the printer 10 and the terminal device 50 and in which a 2.4 GHz band different from the 5.0 GHz band should be used. |
