PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spinning reel for fishing that can prevent a phenomenon of a fishing line entrenched or entangled in members disposed inside of a rotor and is superior in fishing operability.SOLUTION: A spinning reel for fishing includes a rotor 3 linked and rotated with the rotating operation of a handle 5 provided in a reel body 1, and winds a fishing line to a spool 4 through a fishing line guide part 35 provided in an arm part 32 of the rotor 3. The spinning reel includes a cylindrical bottomed protective cover 20 provided in the front part of the reel body 1 inside the rotor 3 and housing a member disposed inside the rotor 3, and a plate-like member 40 attached to the bottom front part of the protective cover 20. The plate-like member 40 includes a fishing line locking part projecting outward in a radial direction rather than an outer edge of the protective cover 20. |
