PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a travel type cargo handling device capable of reducing vibration transmission.SOLUTION: A travel type cargo handling device of the invention comprises: a cargo handling part for performing cargo handling work of baggage; a girder part for supporting the cargo handling part; a body part for supporting the girder part and being divided into upper body part 11 and lower body part 12; a travel part for traveling the body part along a rail and disposed on a lower part of the body part; and a base-isolated part 30 disposed between the upper body part 11 and lower body part 12. The base-isolated part 30 is configured so that, when predetermined or higher degree of earthquake occurs at the lower body part 12, restraint of relative slide movement of the upper body part 11 to the lower body part 12 in a y-axis direction is released, and the relative slide movement of the upper body part 11 to the lower body part 12 is allowed. |
