An energy management system based on a process according to an aspect of the present invention can guide the procedure of conducting an energy management operation by making the procedure of conducting the energy management operation using the energy management system into a time series process. The energy management system based on a process comprises: a database having process maps including time series sub-processes, which are generated for each type of energy management operation and are required to conduct each energy management operation, and time series processes consisting of the sub-processes; a project management module for, if a process map corresponding to a target energy management operation to be conducted by a user is selected from the process maps, loading the processes and the sub-processes included in the selected process map, and generating the project of the target energy management operation by mapping the processes and the sub-processes, which are selected from the loaded processes and the loaded sub-processes by the user, to a task for actually conducting the target energy management operation and a sub-task respectively; and an energy management module for conducting the target energy management operation by executing the task and the sub-task included in the project. |
