The present invention relates to a method for transmitting signaling information in a digital broadcasting system which includes the steps of: adaptively generating a signaling table related to the signaling information transmitted from a data link layer based on at least one of a flat structure and a hierarchical structure based on the feature of a service configuration; and transmitting the generated signaling table.
