PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging device capable of ensuring as large number of shots as possible, and capable of generating a composite image of sufficient image quality, and to provide an imaging method and program.SOLUTION: An imaging step (S79) for acquiring the image data by imaging a subject in an imaging section, an image composition step for compositing a plurality of image data acquired in the imaging step (S87), an image composition estimation step (S73) for estimating whether a subject possibly composited is included, in the image composition step, and an imaging instruction step (S75) for instructing the imaging section to perform imaging are performed. In the imaging instruction step, a plurality of times of imaging is instructed, based on the estimation results in the image composition estimation step. |
