<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing device including a cleaning member that is brought into contact with the outer peripheral side of a fixing member to clean a heating member heating the fixing member, and has excellent attachment removing efficiency.SOLUTION: A fixing device includes: an endless fixing member 38 that is brought into contact with unfixed images; a pressure member 30 that is arranged to be capable of pressing a part of the fixing member 38 and forms a nip part with the fixing member 38; heating means 70 that is in contact with the outer peripheral side of the fixing member 38 to heat the fixing member 38; and a cleaning member 71 that is brought into contact with the heating member 70 to clean the heating member 70, where the cleaning member 71 has a cylindrical base material, which has thread-like fiber spirally wound around the surface thereof.</p> |
