A fixing device for an anastomosis treatment includes: a first fixing member which is conversed into a ring connection structure around a first organ for a through hole; and a second fixing member which is conversed into a ring connection structure corresponding to the first fixing member around a second organ for the through hole, and temporarily sticks a heterogeneous organ around the through hole by mutually coupling with the first fixing member due to the attraction. The through hole can be arranged by inserting a stent for the anastomosis treatment to an inner hollow hole of the first and second fixing members mutually connected in a ring connection structure.
