PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical sensor suppressed in generation of voids.SOLUTION: An optical sensor includes: a semiconductor substrate 10; a photoelectric conversion element 20 formed in the semiconductor substrate; and a layered film 30 layered on a photoelectric conversion element formation surface 10a in the semiconductor substrate. The layered film has a light transmitting-film 40 through which light passes and a light-shielding film 50 for shielding light. Plural layers of the light-shielding films 50 are layered via the light-transmitting film 40. An angle regulating part 60 for regulating an incident angle of light incident to the photoelectric conversion element is formed not by a monolayer of the light-shielding film, but by plural layers of the light-shielding films 51-53. |
