PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information delivery method, an information delivery device, and an information delivery program for making it easy for a third person to secure an opportunity to receive an order from a successful bidder in a bid accepted case.SOLUTION: A delivery device according to the present invention has a detection unit for detecting, from a bidding system, notification about the determination of a successful bidder for construction works order placement for which bidding is made. The delivery device has a collection unit which, when the notification about the determination of the successful bidder is detected, collects tender-accepted information, construction works detail information, and contractor information from the bidding system, a cost estimation system, and a contractor management system, and a control unit for generating successful bidder information on the basis of the collected tender-accepted information, construction works detail information, and contractor information. Furthermore, the delivery device has a selection unit for selecting a contractor having a high possibility of receiving a secondary order for the tender-accepted construction works, and a delivery unit for delivering the successful bidder information to the terminal device of the contractor selected by the selection unit. |
