PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an O-ring fitting device applicable in a wide range without being restricted by a dimension of the O-ring or the like. ! SOLUTION: An O-ring fitting device includes: an O-ring fitting tool 8 having a tool outer peripheral surface 9 on which the O-ring to be fitted onto a groove 52 for the O-ring is mounted, which is an O-ring fitting tool 8 in which an O-ring lead-in part 10 to which a part of the O-ring is led in is formed on the tool outer peripheral surface 9; and O-ring lead-in means 14, 15, 16 for leading in releasably a part of the O-ring into the O-ring lead-in part 10. !
