PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a protector apparatus for digital cinema theaters capable of effectively using a theater space without impairing aesthetic appearance of the theater space, and providing a comfortable theater space by dissolving problems related to exhaust and noise from a digital cinema projector. ! SOLUTION: The projector apparatus includes: a housing that has an upper wall part fixed to a ceiling part of a theater space, and a closed space in the inside thereof; and a digital cinema projector with cooling mechanism, installed inside the housing. A feed passage and an exhaust passage of cooling air for cooling the digital cinema projector are configured to extend to the outside of the apparatus via the upper wall of the housing. !
