<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such the problem that although a sector gear is fixed to a stabilizer by welding, forging process or the like, it is difficult to secure sufficient strength.SOLUTION: A teeth part of a sector gear 36 is molded at an edge part of a left rear link 32Rr-L, thereby serving also as a left rear link. Light metal such as aluminum alloy is caused to flow into a molding die having a cavity in which a right rear link 32Rr-R is fixed to the right end of a stabilizer 34 and the sector gear is fixed to the left end of the stabilizer, thereby the right rear link, sector gear, and stabilizer are integrally molded by casting. A portion (a) where the sector gear is fixed to the stabilizer is molded thick. Instead of integrally molding the three members by casting the same material, these members may be separately molded and then into integrally molded by casting. Alternatively instead of separately molding all of the three members, only one member is separately molded and then they may be integrally molded by casting.</p> |
