PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a deterioration diagnosis device which easily diagnoses the degree of the deterioration of a gas insulation device.SOLUTION: A deterioration diagnosis device according to one embodiment includes: a chamber; and a through tube. The chamber is attached to a gas insulation device closely contacting therewith and an insulation gas is introduced from the gas insulation device into the chamber. A probe for diagnosing the gas insulation device is installed in the through tube. A through hole is formed in the chamber and the chamber is attached so that the through tube penetrates through the through hole while closely contacting with the trough hole.
