The present invention provides sanitary underpants for male. A mesh-type tissue accommodating part (10) is formed in a part where the pennies comes in a contact with a front surface inner part (2a) of a underpants body. The mesh-type tissue accommodating part (10) has a left and right width in which a commonly used tissue (30) including a general cosmetic tissue or a toilet roll can be accommodated in a left and right spread form, and entrance openings (12) (14) are formed in upper and lower parts. A sewed hanging projection (16) for preventing separation of the accommodated commonly used tissue (30) is formed in left and right ends of the entrance openings (12) (14), so residual urine can be received by rolling a general cosmetic tissue or a toilet roll. Moreover, if needed, a heat pad accommodating unit (22) is further included in a perineal region side of the underpants body, wherein the heat pad accommodating unit (22) has sewed upper and lower parts, and one of or both left and right sides thereof has an entrance opening (23), so a heat pad (24) accommodated in the heat pad accommodating unit (22) provides heat to the perineal region, thereby helping people having problems in the prostate. |
