The present invention relates to an extracting and enriching device using air bubbles, wherein air bubbles are injected to the bottom of an extraction vessel for a process for reducing extracting and enriching time, the use of electricity and gas, and extraction costs in the utilization of a device for extracting the active ingredients of medicinal herbs and agricultural products to allow users to drink the extract or concentrate. The air bubbles injected to the extraction vessel float to be bumped into raw materials to be destroyed or to circulate the extract; and reduce extracting or enriching time by increasing the surface contact area with air.
