The present invention relates to a floating structure capable of wave control and wave power generation and, more specifically, relates to a plurality of circular cylinders having different diameters and drafts inserted into an inner side portion of a box-shaped floating breakwater to drive a turbine through air pressure generated by waves to extract electric power. The present invention comprises: a floating body controlling the waves, and configured to float on sea; two or more cylinders penetrating the floating body to be coupled, where a power generation unit is coupled to an upper end part, rotating a turbine of the power generation unit to generate power with pressurization of an air layer forming a boundary surface with the water surface inside the cylinder when the water surface is moved upwards and downwards by the waves; and a mooring rope of which one end part is coupled to a lower end part of the floating body; and an anchor coupled to an other end part of the mooring rope. |
