PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a virtual network service using plural virtual networks.SOLUTION: A simple GUI for controlling the layout of a virtual network function for constructing a network from user input and automatic conversion of the user input to the simple GUI to a control comment unitarily control a network apparatus at an edge, a network between the edge network apparatus and a shared IaaS board, and a virtual network function within the IaaS board and automatically construct an end-to-end network service.
