PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To constitute a packing with a falling prevention function for preventing the packing from being removed even if water flow blows out during work by non-water failure by installing and fixing the packing at an inner diameter part of a connection part of a stop valve and to perform a replacing work for the stop valve in a short period of time without being dependent upon a skilled worker.SOLUTION: A packing member arranged between a joint member and a connecting member of a stop valve when the stop valve is replaced forms a fitting part integrally constituted with the packing member, the fitting part constitutes a fitting part of a hollow shape protruded at one side of the packing connected surface of the packing member and the fitting part of the hollow shape of the packing member can be fixed to the inner diameter part of the stop valve connecting part.
