<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique capable of holding a portion of a sheet material while bending the portion perpendicularly to the other portion of the sheet material.SOLUTION: A shape holding structure 20 comprises: at least a pair of columns 42 formed in a long shape; at least one pressing bar 22, 24 which is a bar-like member bridged between the tips of the pair of columns 42, and is held by the pair of columns 42; and expansion/contraction parts 44 for expanding or contracting the pair of columns 42 in a longer direction. The expansion/contraction parts 44 generate a force for moving the pressing bars 22, 24 in a direction in which a folded joint margin 56 of a sheet material 50 arranged between the pair of columns 42 becomes perpendicular to a plane 54 where the joint margin 56 of the sheet material 50 protrudes. The joint margin 56 is at least a part of the sheet material 50 and is a portion that is folded so as to overlap with the other portion of the sheet material 50.</p> |
