The present invention relates to a pyrimidine-2,4-diamine derivative or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, and a pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating cancer containing the same as an active ingredient. The compound according to the present invention exhibits an excellent effect of inhibiting anaplastic lymphoma kinase (ALK), and as a result, can improve the effectiveness of treatment on cancer cells having anaplastic lymphoma kinase (ALK) fusion proteins, such as EML4-ALK and NPM-ALK. In addition, the compound can be useful for a pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating the cancer since it is expected to effectively prevent recurrence of cancer.
