PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure which is easily held on a surface of an LED light source unit and enable the LED light source unit to be easily removed from a device body.SOLUTION: A translucent cover 230 includes: a curved surface part 233 in which an arch shape continues over a longitudinal shape; a side part 232 erected from one end part of the longitudinal shape of the curved surface part 233, which is arranged along a longitudinal direction, and forming a wall shape; and another side part 232 erected from the other end part of the curved surface part 233, which is arranged along the longitudinal direction, and forming a wall shape. A hook groove 232a which is recessed into a recess shape is formed in each side part 232.
